“Sopley Mill wedding – croquet fun” is the title of this week’s selection in my “Image of the week” collection.
Weddings aren’t “just” about the love and the romance, they’re also about having fun! After all, no-one wants to be miserable at a wedding, do they? Well, I certainly hope not!
Anna and Daniel’s wedding at Sopley Mill was blessed with glorious sunshine! After the ceremony, the guests relaxed with drinks and made the most of the beautiful surroundings. The Mill has lovely lawns flanked by the River Avon and it’s the perfect spot to chill out on a Spring afternoon.
My style of wedding photography is to observe, capturing those special moments without intruding. The team from the Mill had set up a game of croquet on the lawn for the guests. What do you get when you mix champagne, a lovely venue and guests who’ve never played croquet in their lives? This … 🙂 I just love the girls’ reactions!
