I have to admit this week’s been quite challenging in more ways than one, and it’s brought home the fragility of life and the fact that we should appreciate each day for what it is, and for what we have.

Here’s a golden oldie, and one of my Dad’s favourites, so it’s really appropriate for me to choose …. Mike and The Mechanics, with “The Living Years”.
