It’s quite a scary thing. Time. How quickly it passes. Hardly seems possible that we’re nearly at the end of August already. It’s even more scary when I realise it’s been 3 years since Sophia and Andrew married in Poole, and 2 years since Charlotte and Mark married in Lyndhurst.
Sophia and Andrew chose The Italian Villa at Compton Acres for their wedding. The Villa is one of the area’s leading wedding venues. The Italianate Garden is the perfect setting for the Villa and a romantic location for a Summer wedding. We were blessed with lovely weather as guests enjoyed drinks and canapés in the garden. After the reception Sophia and Andrew and a few of the wedding party treated us to some Bollywood style dancing in the evening – great fun!
Charlotte and Mark got married at Saint Michael and All Angels Church in Lyndhurst, the “capital” of the New Forest. Once again we were blessed with beautiful weather, with the reception being held at Charlotte’s parents’ home in the village. As anyone whose tried to drive through Lyndhurst in the Summer will testify, it’s a bit of a traffic nightmare, so I was pleased that I could walk back to the reception instead of trying to fight my way through the traffic! 🙂 It was a lovely, relaxed wedding and everyone had a great time, as the photos from the evening’s dancing showed!
Congratulations to both couples – wishing you all the best today and for the future xx
