Dorset wedding photographer exhibits at Merley House in Wimborne
Last weekend saw my first wedding fair of the season, at the beautiful Merley House just outside Wimborne in Dorset. It was organised by the lovely ladies from Something Borrowed, a local wedding magazine and we were fortunate enough to enjoy what I think will be the last remnants of the Summer – a gloriously sunny day and lots of very interested couples, which was nice to see! I love wedding shows early in the season, when everyone’s fresh and excited about bookings for the coming year – plus, we usually get some nice weather! Amongst the many exhibitors at the wedding fair were Girls of Elegance, and Valerie had arranged for one of her stunning models, Anna, to join us and showcase some of their beautiful dresses … so it would have been rude not to have taken some photographs, wouldn’t it?
We were very lucky to be able to use a fabulous Bentley Mulsanne wedding car, kindly loaned by Bentley Wedding Car and as you can see from the photographs it looked resplendent on the lawns in front of Merley House!
I’ll be at a few selected wedding fairs over the next few months across Dorset and Hampshire, so keep an eye on my Facebook wedding page to see what I’m up to!
If you’re looking for a wedding venue in the area, Merley House is a stunning Georgian Manor House overlooking the town of Wimborne Minster in Dorset. Its Civil Ceremony licence makes Merley House a quite magical and affordable alternative to a registry office and a lovely venue for a renewal of vows or baby naming ceremony.
