In the gorgeous Spring sunshine today I drove out into the New Forest. Apart from a chance to enjoy the weather it was to take a look at the recently refurbished Burley Manor Barn wedding venue. Set in eight acres of landscaped grounds, the Manor is located in the centre of the lovely village of Burley. Ponies wander through the street as tourists potter around the cafes and gift shops of this quaint village. The main building dates back to 1852 and was once a royal manor.
The Barn at Burley Manor looked stunning. With a maximum capacity of around 80 covers, it offers wedding parties accommodation both in the main hotel and the annexe. The venue has space for 120 guests for your evening celebrations. The Barn has a separate bar, a permanent marquee and a small lawn. The wedding party can have their photographs taken on the terrace in front of the main hotel and if you’re lucky you might even see the red deer which come up towards the hotel.
It was the perfect day to view the venue and lots of couples were taking that opportunity. For more details check out their website.
