Wedding photography and much more!
Well, it’s proving to be a bit of a hectic time at the moment – weddings and shoots all over the place!
Tomorrow sees me rushing over to Kent, to one of my favourite places to photograph …. Brands Hatch racing circuit! Over the years I’ve spent many happy days at the race track, quite a few of them on the “other side” of the Armco barrier, as a race marshal, and the rest as a spectator. Anyway, I digress …. it’s not a wedding shoot (but wouldn’t that be an awesome wedding venue?) but a charity photoshoot – it’s in aid of Pop4Diabetes, a non-profit fundraising organisation that works hard to raise funds for continuing research into finding a cure for type1 Diabetes. I’ll be providing promotional photographs for a music video that’s being shot, so it should be a really good day, and just a bit different from my usual shoots!
On Saturday the forecast is hot and sunny which is great, because I’ll be back in Dorset – down on Bournemouth beach with Melanie and her team from Beach Weddings Bournemouth to photograph the wedding of Martin and Susan from Lymington. Martin and Susan booked me, ooh, ages ago but time seems to have flown by and hopefully the weather will be kind to us! Martin and Susan have hired Lottie, a gorgeous 1970 bay-window VW camper van from Catherine at Dorset Dub Hire and hopefully we’ll be taking some shots down on the Boscombe Undercliff Drive afterwards!
